本文报道在离体培养(加松胞素B的方法)外周血中加入不同剂量的氯化镉,观察到0.2mg剂量组的微核细胞率、微核率均高于对照组,并且随剂量的增加似有增高趋势。
In this paper, it is reported that different doses of cadmium chloride are added to the peripheral blood of the in vitro culture (method of cytosine B). The rate of micronucleus cells and micronucleus rate of the 0.2 mg dose group are higher than that of the control group, and the dose is observed. The increase seems to have an increasing trend.
