特发性甲状旁腺机能减退导致癫痫连续状态,国内为少见报导,现将我们所遇到的2例报告如下: 例1:女,16岁。于1周岁开始每于春秋两季间断性抽搐,发作时五指拼拢呈搐搦状,持续数分钟自行缓解,无意识障碍。曾在当地县医院化验血钙低,补钙后症状缓解。自13岁起,抽搐较频繁,发作前有尖叫,伴尿失禁。单纯补钙治疗效果不佳,应用抗癫痫药物可缓解。入院前4天出现四肢强直性抽搐,有舌咬伤及尿失禁。间隔5～
