随着我国煤层气勘探开发的日益深入,采气井抽采时间的延长、井下工况越来越复杂,煤层气井管杆偏磨的现象也日益严重。针对这一现状,分析研究煤层气井管杆偏磨的成因探寻有效的防治措施对于延长井下管杆的使用寿命有着重要的意义。本文从管杆偏磨的危害切入,分析抽油杆的受力、影响管杆偏磨的主要因素,提出相应的措施,希望能够对解决管杆偏磨问题起到借鉴的作用。
With the deepening of exploration and development of coalbed methane in our country, the extraction time of gas wells is prolonged, the working conditions in the underground are getting more and more complex, and the phenomenon of eccentric wear of the pipe of coalbed methane wells is becoming increasingly serious. In view of this situation, it is of great significance to analyze the causes of partial wear of the pipe stem of coalbed methane wells and to seek effective control measures to prolong the service life of the underground pipe rods. In this paper, the hazards of pipe eccentric wear are analyzed. The main factors affecting the rod eccentric wear are analyzed, and the corresponding measures are put forward. It is hoped that the pipe rod partial wear can be used as a reference.
