The development of the city is like a forward train, mercilessly, even if you are only a little behind, waiting for you and only the fate of abandonment. This is true of the many old buildings in the city, which once had a glorious history that no longer fit with the way of life and production of their people and are now facing an obsolescent fate. Among them, industrial buildings and structures are the most important. In the past decades, especially after the founding of the People’s Republic, the smoky chimneys in the cities, just like the fields in the villages, marked the prosperity of the city. However, with the development of the times, people pay more and more attention to the quality of life and many factories have been moved out of the cities. The adjustment of the industrial structure has also led directly to the replacement of many industries with high pollution and high energy consumption. How to reuse these abandoned industrial buildings and structures is a question worth considering.
