以自行设计的形状记忆合金(SMA)整星隔振器为例,针对卫星发射主动段,首次搭建了功率流测量试验平台,采用直接功率流测量法成功采集到力和响应加速度信号,并计算和比较了两种工装下卫星的传递功率流特性。然后,定义了功率流传递率,并与隔振传递率进行比较,显示了功率流传递率作为评价指标的优越性。最后,通过功率流传递率分析了SMA整星隔振系统的能量传递机理,定量评价了SMA隔振器的隔振性能。结果表明:功率流传递率作为评估指标可以更好地在频域定量评价整星隔振器的隔振性能,有利于航空航天领域中隔振系统的设计。
Taking SMA as an example, a power flow measurement test platform was constructed for the first time in active launch of satellite and the signal of force and response acceleration was acquired by direct power flow measurement. And compared the transmission power flow characteristics of the two satellites. Then, the power flow rate is defined and compared with the vibration isolation transmission rate, which shows the advantage of the power flow rate as the evaluation index. Finally, the energy transfer mechanism of SMA full-star vibration isolation system was analyzed by power flow rate, and the vibration isolation performance of SMA vibration isolator was quantitatively evaluated. The results show that the power flow rate as an evaluation index can be used to quantitatively evaluate the vibration isolation performance of the spacecraft isolator in the frequency domain, which is beneficial to the design of the vibration isolation system in the field of aerospace.
