为提高载人航天器的设计和管理效率,在分析传统设计管理模式局限性的基础上,系统地提出了载人航天器数字化设计管理模式,建立了协同设计平台,探索了基于三维模型的技术状态管理模式和三维模型的受控模式,形成了三维模型直接下厂的制造模式和装配模式。管路、电缆、直属件等产品的实际应用效果表明:载人航天器数字化设计管理模式可以有效地降低差错率,提高设计效率。
In order to improve the design and management efficiency of manned spacecraft, based on the analysis of the limitations of the traditional design management mode, the manned spacecraft digital design management system is put forward systematically and the collaborative design platform is established.
