以国产某磁浮列车转向架为基础,对其进行了结构和受力分析;构造数学优化模型,确定各优化变量,以转向架主要部位的板材厚度为参数,完成转向架参数化模型的建立和离散;应用有限元软件提供的优化方法,以转向架的强度和刚度指标为约束,进行以轻量化为目标的优化,得到优化结果;最后对各设计变量与目标函数及约束之间的关系进行分析。
Based on a domestic maglev train bogie, the structure and stress analysis of the bogie was carried out. The mathematic optimization model was constructed and the optimization variables were determined. Based on the sheet thickness of the main part of the bogie, the bogie parameterization model was established and The optimization method provided by the finite element software is used to optimize the optimization with the goal of light weight as the constraint of the strength and stiffness index of the bogie. Finally, the relationship between each design variable and the objective function and the constraint is carried out analysis.
