结合Cr9Mn14Ni0.5合金凝固模式的特点,研究了在糊状区保温对其氮含量的影响。结果表明,糊状区保温可以有效地提高合金的氮含量。在0.6 MPa的氮气氛下进行糊状区保温20min,氮的质量分数可达0.43%。尽管糊状区保温会导致奥氏体晶粒的粗化,但是由于氮含量的增加,压缩性能会得到提高。糊状区保温可以在避开凝固过程中铁素体区的同时,促进液相中的氮向奥氏体扩散,这是糊状区保温能够提高氮含量的原因。
Combined with the characteristics of the solidification mode of Cr9Mn14Ni0.5 alloy, the effect of heat preservation on the nitrogen content in mushy zone was studied. The results show that the mushy zone can effectively increase the nitrogen content of the alloy. Under the condition of 0.6 MPa nitrogen atmosphere, the mushy zone was incubated for 20 min, the mass fraction of nitrogen reached 0.43%. Although the mushy zone heat will lead to the austenite grain coarsening, but due to increased nitrogen content, the compression performance will be improved. The mushy zone heat preservation can promote the diffusion of nitrogen into the austenite in the liquid phase while avoiding the ferrite zone in the solidification process, which is the reason that the mushy zone heat preservation can increase the nitrogen content.
