目的:比较CT与核磁共振血管造影对颅内动脉瘤的诊断价值。方法:收集2014年1月至7月期间,我院收治的颅内动脉瘤患者43例,均接受数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查,其中,21例同时行磁共振血管造影作为A组,另22例同时行CT血管造影作为B组,比较两组的诊断效能。结果:A组的检出率为85.71%,B组为86.36%,DSA为97.67%,A、B组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05),但均显著低于DSA检查结果(P<0.05);A组和B组的瘤体直径以及瘤颈宽度均与DSA检查结果无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:CT与核磁共振血管造影对颅内动脉瘤均具有重要诊断价值,值得推广应用。
Objective: To compare the diagnostic value of CT and magnetic resonance angiography in intracranial aneurysms. Methods: Forty-three patients with intracranial aneurysm admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to July 2014 were enrolled in digital subtraction angiography (DSA). Among them, 21 patients underwent magnetic resonance angiography at the same time as group A, The other 22 patients underwent simultaneous CT angiography as group B, comparing the diagnostic efficacy of the two groups. Results: The detection rate was 85.71% in group A, 86.36% in group B and 97.67% in DSA group, but there was no significant difference between groups A and B (P> 0.05) ). There was no significant difference between the diameter of tumor and the width of tumor neck in group A and group B (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Both CT and magnetic resonance angiography have important diagnostic value for intracranial aneurysm, which is worth popularizing.
