目的:探讨痰瘀互结型卵巢囊肿病证结合动物模型的建立及评价。方法:选用SD大鼠,采用雌二醇联合脂肪乳造模法复制痰瘀互结型卵巢囊肿动物模型,并用加味桂枝茯苓丸进行药物反证治疗。结果:与空白组比较,模型组动物卵巢脏器系数,全血黏度、红细胞凝集指数、总胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均升高,用加味桂枝茯苓丸治疗后,各指标显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);病理检测模型组动物卵巢出现明显的囊肿病变,经加味桂枝茯苓丸治疗后有显著改善。结论:采用雌二醇联合脂肪乳造模,模型动物既有痰瘀互结的实验指标,又有明显的卵巢囊肿病变,认为该法成功复制出了痰瘀互结型卵巢囊肿的病证结合动物模型。
Objective: To investigate the establishment and evaluation of combined animal model of phlegm and blood stasis type of ovarian cysts. Methods: Sprague-Dawley rats were used to replicate the animal model of ovarian cyst with phlegm and blood stasis by using estradiol combined with fat emulsion modeling. The drug was treated with modified Guizhi Fuling pill. Results: Compared with the blank group, the ovarial organ coefficient, whole blood viscosity, hemagglutination index, total cholesterol (CHO), triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL- After treatment with Modified Guizhi Fuling Capsule, the indexes were significantly decreased (P <0.05, P <0.01). Pathological examination showed obvious cyst lesions in the ovaries of the model group, which were significantly improved after the treatment with Modified Guizhi Fuling Capsule. Conclusion: The estradiol combined with fat emulsion modeling, the model animal both the experimental indicators of phlegm and blood stasis, there are obvious lesions of ovarian cysts, that the method successfully copied the phlegm and blood stasis type of ovarian cyst combination of disease Animal model
