2006年9月16日,2006中国房地产品牌价值研究成果暨中国房地产策划代理品牌价值研究成果在北京中共中央党校隆重发布。由国务院发展研究中心企业研究所、清华大学房地产研究所和中国指数研究院三家研究机构共同组成的“中国房地产TOP 10研究组”,自2004年开展中国房地产品牌价值研究以来,已持续进行了三年,研究成果引起了社会各界的广泛关注,对品牌企业提外竞争能力、扩大市场份额、强化行业地位发挥了重要作用。
2006, September 16, 2006 The research results on the value of China’s real estate brand and the research on the value of agency brand in China’s real estate planning were grandly announced at the Party School of the CPC Central Committee in Beijing. The Top 10 Research Groups of Real Estate in China, which is composed of three research institutes: Enterprise Research Institute of Development Research Center under the State Council, Real Estate Institute of Tsinghua University and China Index Research Institute, have carried out the research on the real estate brand value of China since 2004 In recent years, the research results have drawn wide attention from all walks of life and played an important role in enhancing the external competitiveness of brand enterprises, expanding market share and strengthening industry position.
