研究了采用ELID磨削技术磨削钢结硬质合金 ,使其表面粗糙度Ra≤ 0 .0 2 μm。并通过原子力显微镜 (AFM)对其微观表面形貌、表面缺陷及钢结硬质合金难加工机理进行分析。
The grinding of cemented carbide with ELID grinding technology was studied, and the surface roughness Ra≤0 .0 2 μm was studied. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) was used to analyze the microscopic surface topography, surface defects and hard-machining mechanism of steel bonded carbide.
