目的:研究杜仲雌雄株树皮和树叶挥发性成分及其差异。方法:利用有机溶剂-水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)进行测定,色谱柱为OV-1701(30m×250μm×0.25μm)石英毛细管柱,结合计算机检索技术对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果:检测出雌雄株的叶片及树皮中挥发性成份分别有43、26、29、31种,并分别鉴定出29、21、14、18种。结论:发现杜仲嫩叶中的抗虫挥发性成分和树皮中的药用挥发性成分,证明杜仲性别间和器官间挥发性成分存在显著差异。对杜仲雌雄株嫩叶及树皮进行挥发性成分研究和比较尚无同类报道。
Objective: To study the volatile components of bark and leaves of male and female plants of Eucommia ulmoides and their differences. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted by organic solvent-steam distillation and determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The column was OV-1701 (30m × 250μm × 0.25μm) Structural identification of isolated compounds, the use of chromatographic peak area normalization method to calculate the relative percentage of each component. Results: The volatile components in leaves and barks of male and female plants were detected respectively by 43, 46, 29 and 31, and 29, 21, 14 and 18 were detected respectively. Conclusion: The volatile components in the echinoderms and the medicinal volatile components in the bark of the eucommia ulmoides leaves were found, indicating that the volatile components in the sexes and organs of Eucommia ulmoides were significantly different. There is no similar report on the volatile components of the tender leaves and bark of the male and female plants of Eucommia ulmoides.
