[目的]探讨饮食护理对糖尿病胃轻瘫病人的应用价值.[方法]对48例糖尿病胃轻瘫病人进行严格正规的饮食护理,动态观察疗效.[结果]采用饮食护理后,显效者34例,有效者12例,总有效率95.8%.饮食护理前空腹血糖8.9mmol/L±2.8mmol/L,餐后2h血糖14.3mmol/L±4.3mmol/L,60min胃排空率为70.1%±15.4%;饮食护理后空腹血糖6.5mmol/L±3.0mmol/L,餐后2h血糖8.3mmol/L±3.6mmol/L,60min胃排空率为92.6%±15.8%.[结论]加强对糖尿病胃轻瘫病人的饮食护理,是综合性治疗和护理中最基本的措施,可减轻血糖波动,提高病人的生活质量.“,”Objective: To probe into the application value of diet nursing for diabetes mellitus (DM) patients with gastroparesis. Methods: A total of 48 cases of DM with gastroparesis were carried out strict and standard diet nursing, and curative effect of them were observed continuously. Results: After diet nursing, 34 cases showed a conspicuous effectiveness, and another 12 cases showed effectiveness. The total effective rate accounted for 95.8%. Before diet nursing, blood-fasting sugar of them was 8.9 mmol/L±2.8 mmol/L, 2 h after meals blood sugar of all cases was 14.3 mmol/L±4.3 mmol/L. And gastric emptying rate at 60 min after meals of patients was 70.1%±15.4%. However, after diet nursing, blood-fasting sugar was 6.5 mmol/L±3.0 mmol/L, 2 h after meal blood sugar of them was 8.3 mmol/L±3.6 mmol/L. And gastric emptying rate at 60 min was 92.6%±15.8%. Conclusion: To strengthen diet nursing for DM patients with gastroparesis is the most fundamental measure among comprehensive treatment and nursing care. Which can reduce or avoid fluctuation of blood sugar and so as to promote the living quality of DM patients with gastroparesis.
