目的 :考察国产丁丙诺啡舌下含片用于治疗疼痛的安全性。方法 :采用 1次、1d及 2周给药方法 ,观察其药物不良反应。结果 :386例患者中出现不良反应 16 7人 ,16 70例次 ,其中与药物有关者 711例次 ,很可能有关者 384例次。结论 :舌下含片丁丙诺啡可有效缓解中度以上疼痛 ,不良反应发生率较低 ,且无药物耐受及身体依赖现象 Objective: To investigate the safety of domestic buprenorphine sublingual tablets for the treatment of pain. Methods: One, two and one-week administration methods were used to observe the adverse drug reactions. Results: Among the 386 patients, 16 7 were adverse reactions, with 16 70 cases. Among them, 711 cases were drug-related, and 384 cases were most likely related. CONCLUSIONS: Sublingual buprenorphine is effective in relieving moderate to severe pain with a low incidence of adverse reactions and no drug resistance or physical dependence
