人类的精浆中存在着具有免疫学活性和生物学活性的松弛素.已证明松弛素具有保持清洗过的人精子在体外的活动力和促进其穿透宫颈粘液的作用.曾有研究指出,松弛素抗血清能抑制清洗过的人精子的活动力,而过量的松弛素可反转该抑制作用.松弛素抗血清对精子活动力的抑制作用有两种可能的机理:一是由于继发于免疫球蛋白结合于精子的非特异性作用;另一是由于在精子膜表面阻断松弛素活性的特异性作用.基于胰岛索也存在于人精液中,并与松弛素具有某些类似的结构特性,而且在大鼠副睾的精子上已测出具有胰岛素受体,因此,本文利用胰岛素抗血清以期阐明松弛素抗血清
