认真贯彻注重政绩的原则,搞好领导干部政绩考核与评价,对于全面准确地把握德才兼备的干部标准,合理调整使用和奖惩干部,防止和克服选人用人上的不正之风,确保党的基本路线的贯彻执行,有着极为重要的意义。从实践看,干部的政绩具有多面性,做到科学考核评价,是一项很复杂的工作。如果对政绩考核不实,评价不准,必然影响选拔任用于部工作的健康发展。科学考核、正确评价领导干部的政绩,是新形势下加强领导班子建设的一项重要课题,有必要加以认真探索研究。
