本文从动力学角度研究具有凸缘联轴节的转子不对中故障的机理。列出轴振动的运动微分方程。得到的方程是参数激励和强迫激励联合作用。应用非线性振动的理论,用傅里叶展开求得其稳态响应,得到不同于以往中外有关文献的结果。本文在文[1]的基础上,作了充实和修改,做了转子不对中的人为故障试验。试验结果与理论分析基本相符。
In this paper, the mechanism of rotor misalignment with flanged coupling is studied from the viewpoint of dynamics. List the differential equations of motion for shaft vibration. The equation obtained is a combination of parametric excitation and forced excitation. Applying the theory of nonlinear vibration, we obtain the steady-state response by Fourier expansion, and get the result that is different from the related literature in the past. Based on the article [1], this paper made substantial and revisions, and made a man-made failure test of rotor misalignment. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis.
