笔者根据自己多年从事跳高训练的经验,并针对青少年选手的身心特点,设计了运动员参加比赛的完整的实战方法和步骤(简称为七步法),并在中学生运动会上,卓有成效地指导了运动员的比赛。一、创设良好的竞技心理状态运动员具有良好的比赛动机,适度的兴奋性,较强的比赛欲望,并客观地估计自己的实力,具备自我控制和抗拒内外干扰的能力,才能形成良好的竞技状态。为达此目的,赛前必须从六个方面入手: 1.建立比赛目标,激发比赛动机。“目标”可以提高运动员行动的目的性,动机则可以调动运动员夺取胜利的内驱力。 2.科学安排赛前训练。把身体训练、技战术训
