目的:探讨不同海拔地区正常人群表皮神经纤维密度(intrapidermal nerve fiberdensity,IENFD)和微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)的变化,以及两者的相关性。方法:选取陕西眉县(海拔450m)健康志愿者70例为低海拔组,西宁市(海拔2 260m)健康志愿者70例为中海拔组,玉树县(海拔3 750m)健康志愿者40例为高海拔组,年龄均在(40~60)岁之间,分别测定其表皮神经纤维密度值及微血管密度值。结果:1低海拔组表皮神经纤维密度高于中海拔组(P<0.05),中海拔组表皮神经纤维密度高于高海拔组(P<0.05);2低海拔组微血管密度高于中海拔组(P<0.05),中海拔组微血管密度高于高海拔组(P<0.05);3低海拔组表皮神经纤维密度与微血管密度呈正相关(r=0.818,P<0.05),中海拔组表皮神经纤维密度与微血管密度呈正相关(r=0.622,P<0.05),高海拔组表皮神经纤维密度与微血管密度呈正相关(r=0.837,P<0.05)。结论:随着海拔高度的增加,表皮神经纤维密度及微血管密度均逐渐下降,两者呈正相关。
Objective: To investigate the changes of intraepidermal nerve fiber density (IENFD) and microvessel density (MVD) in normal people at different altitudes and the correlation between the two. Methods: Seventy healthy volunteers in Meixian (elevation 450m) in Shaanxi Province were selected as low altitude group, 70 healthy volunteers in Xining (260m altitude) as middle altitude group, and 40 healthy volunteers in Yushu County (elevation 3 750m) High-altitude group, aged between (40 to 60) years of age, respectively, the determination of epidermal nerve fiber density and microvessel density values. Results: 1 The density of epidermis nerve fiber in low altitude group was higher than that in middle altitude group (P <0.05). The density of epidermis nerve fiber in middle altitude group was higher than that in high altitude group (P <0.05). 2 The density of microvessel in low altitude group was higher than that in middle altitude group (P <0.05). The density of microvessel in mid-elevation group was higher than that in high-altitude group (P <0.05). 3 The density of epidermis nerve fiber was positively correlated with microvessel density (r = 0.818, There was a positive correlation between fiber density and microvessel density (r = 0.622, P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between the density of microvessel density and epidermal nerve fiber density in high altitude group (r = 0.837, P <0.05). Conclusion: With the increase of altitude, the density of epidermal nerve fibers and the density of microvessels are gradually decreased, and the two are positively correlated.
