从20世纪90年代中期起,浙江省为适应经济迅猛发展的需要,制定了“4小时交通圈”的高速公路路网框架规划,进入了高速公路建设的快车道。金丽温高速公路是浙江省公路水运交通建设规划的重要组成部分,是沟通金华、丽水、温州三(地)市的干线公路,对促进浙江省中西部以及东南沿海地区经济的发展,具有十分重要的意义。通过参与金丽温高速公路金华段12.7km 近40万 m~2绿化工程的施工,笔者就高速公路绿化谈点初浅的体会。一、对绿化设计方案中几个问题的探讨 Since the mid-1990s, in order to meet the needs of rapid economic development, Zhejiang Province has formulated the highway network frame plan of “4-hour traffic circle” and entered the fast lane of expressway construction.
