本文通过对早产儿血清白蛋白 (ALB)、前白蛋白 (PA)和转铁蛋白 (TF)的测定 ,来寻求评价早产儿营养状况的方法 ,用以指导临床。采集新生儿静脉血 2 ml,应用美国 Backman公司 CX- 5型全自动化仪 ,白蛋白用溴甲酚绿比色法 ,前白蛋白用散射比浊法 ,转铁蛋白用免疫散射比浊法。结果显示 ,早产儿血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白均明显低于正常对照组 ,其中两组白蛋白水平有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,前白蛋白、转铁蛋白水平有非常显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,且三种蛋白随着胎龄及体重的减小而降低。因此 ,血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白水平可以作为对早产儿营养状况评价的指标。
In this paper, preterm infant serum albumin (ALB), prealbumin (PA) and transferrin (TF) determination, to seek evaluation of nutritional status of preterm children to guide the clinical. Neonatal venous blood was collected 2 ml, using the United States Backman CX-5 fully automated instrument, albumin bromocresol green colorimetry, prealbumin with turbidimetric method, transferrin using immune nephelometry. The results showed that preterm serum albumin, prealbumin, transferrin were significantly lower than the normal control group, including two groups of albumin levels were significantly different (P <0. 05), prealbumin, transferrin There was significant difference (P <0.01), and the three proteins decreased with the decrease of gestational age and body weight. Therefore, serum albumin, prealbumin, transferrin levels can be used as an indicator of nutritional status in preterm infants.
