近年来,利用点阵激光促进外用药物经皮传输的方法得到越来越多的关注。其可能的机制主要是利用激光产生的光机械波及光热效应破坏药物经皮传输的主要屏障-角质层和表皮层。该方法具有提高药物生物利用度、缩短治疗时间等优势。本文就点阵激光辅助药物传输的原理、影响因素及应用做一综述。
In recent years, the use of dot-matrix laser to promote the transdermal drug delivery methods get more and more attention. Its possible mechanism is mainly to use the light generated by the laser to mechanically and photothermal effect destroy the main barrier transdermal delivery of the drug - the stratum corneum and the epidermis. The method has the advantages of improving the bioavailability of drugs and shortening the treatment time. This article reviews the principles, influencing factors and applications of dot-matrix laser-assisted drug delivery.
