为评价中场MRI检查方法在诊断眶内肿瘤中的作用,对61例眶内肿瘤进行SE序列,IR序列,脂肪/水抑制成像以及MR增强检查。结果发现多轴向成像使定位诊断标准;多序列检查结合不同组织的MRI信号强度变化对常见肿瘤的定性诊断帮助很大。说明SE序列横断位和冠状位是最重要的检查技术;IR序列及脂肪/水抑制成像能更准确地显示肿瘤的形态及大小;平行于视神经矢状面成像有助于对视神经类肿瘤的确切定位;MR增强对血管性肿瘤的定性诊断作用较大
To evaluate the role of midfield MRI in the diagnosis of orbital tumors, SE sequences, IR sequences, fat / water suppression imaging, and MR enhancement were examined in 61 orbital tumors. The results showed that multi-axial imaging to make positioning diagnostic criteria; multiple sequence inspection combined with changes in MRI signal intensity of different organizations to help diagnose common tumors of great help. It is indicated that the SE sequence and the coronal position are the most important examination techniques. IR sequence and fat / water inhibition imaging can more accurately show the morphology and size of the tumor.
