在磨矿作业中,全世界每年消耗的钢材达50多万吨。近年来,由于矿石品位下降和要求矿石细磨,使磨矿的钢耗进一步增加。另外,磨机衬板的价格是原钢材的2~4倍,在衬板磨损报废后,其重量还占原重量的25%,造成钢材大量损失。因此,本文就衬板材料、衬板设计、防腐剂的添加和新型衬板的应用等方面,来探讨降低衬板磨损的途径。 (一)改进衬板的材料组份 磨机衬板主要有四种合金制成,马氏体合金白口铁;马氏体热处理合金钢,奥氏合金钢(高锰钢)和珠光体高碳合金钢。这些合金的组成及各自的性质如表1所示。马氏体合金白口铁(镍铬冷硬铸件)是一种耐磨的优质
