Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Survivin and CD105 labeled microvessel density in colorectal cancer and normal tissues. It was found that the expression of Survivin and CD105 was closely related to the depth of node invasion, the depth of rectal cancer invasion, Dukes staging and lymph node metastasis. Survivin may be involved in the colorectal cancer angiogenesis, Survivin and CD105 expression and the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer have a certain relationship.
