我厂4L 20/8空压机(沈阳气体压缩机厂生产)自1984年购进安装使用后,其皮带轮大轴端漏油一直严重。经拆检分析原因如下(见图): 1.大轴与轴孔间隙过大(0.65mm)。2.大端盖下部回油孔径太小(φ5mm)。当曲轴箱内的润滑油经曲轴飞溅至轴承3内,一部分油经轴承进入大端盖1与小端盖4之间的空档,然后经大端盖下部的回油孔8流至曲轴箱。由于飞溅的油量大于回油孔的流量,造成大小端盖间的油位增高,当油位升至端盖孔处,油从大轴6轴头流出。另外由于油位过高使得小端盖上的回油孔7起到了相反
