薄层扫描法同时测定广陈皮中三种黄酮化合物的含量

目的:采用薄层扫描法同时测定6种不同产地广陈皮中橙皮苷、川陈皮素、橘皮素的含量。方法:使用硅胶G高效薄层板,分别以乙酸乙酯-甲醇-水(100∶17∶13)、甲苯-乙酸乙酯-甲酸-水(20∶10∶1∶1)的上层溶液为展开剂,二次展开;采用λS=265nm、λR=600nm双波长进行薄层扫描。结果:橙皮苷、川陈皮素、橘皮素分别在1.0~5.1μg、0.12~0.60μg、0.1~0.5μg范围内具有良好线性关系(r分别为0.9990、0.9991、0.9991);平均加样回收率分别为101.30%、96.03%、95.44%;RSD分别为3.81%、2.32%、1.75%。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,可为广陈皮药材质量控制提供新的参考。 Objective: To determine the contents of hesperidin, nobiletin and hesperidin in six kinds of broad-leaved tangerine peel by thin-layer scanning. Methods: Silica Gel High Performance Thin Layer Plates were developed with an upper layer of ethyl acetate - methanol - water (100: 17: 13) and toluene - ethyl acetate - formic acid - water Agent, the second expansion; using λS = 265nm, λR = 600nm dual-wavelength scanning thin layer. Results: There was a good linear relationship between hesperidin, nobiletin and hesperidin in the range of 1.0-5.1μg, 0.12-0.60μg and 0.1-0.5μg respectively (r = 0.9990,0.9991,0.9991, respectively) Rates were 101.30%, 96.03% and 95.44%, respectively; RSDs were 3.81%, 2.32% and 1.75% respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which can provide new reference for the quality control of Radix et Rhizoma.
