研究测试了一种成本低于常规Ti-6Al-4V的钛合金装甲材料的显微组织及抗弹性能。结果表明:热处理状态影响钛合金装甲材料的组织匹配;细小板条组织的材料从力学性能到抗弹性能的匹配比较合理;高强、高韧材料的抗弹性能明显优化;高强度、低韧性的材料脆性增加,抗多发弹能力下降。
The study tested the microstructure and the anti-ballistic performance of a titanium alloy armor material with a lower cost than conventional Ti-6Al-4V. The results show that the heat treatment condition affects the tissue matching of the titanium alloy armor materials. The matching of the mechanical properties and the anti-elastic properties of the material is reasonable; the anti-elastic properties of the high-strength and high-toughness materials are obviously optimized; the high strength and low toughness Material brittleness increases, resistance to multiple bullets decreased ability.
