为了探讨绿茶粉对链脲佐菌素(STZ)所致的豚鼠糖尿病模型糖脂代谢的影响,选用21只糖尿病豚鼠按血糖和性别随机分为三组,每组7只:实验对照组、桦褐孔菌组、绿茶粉组。STZ腹腔注射制作豚鼠糖尿病模型,观察饮水量、体重、空腹血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)的变化。结果表明绿茶粉组比其他组饮水量下降,体重增加,FBG水平降低,但其组间均无明显差异(P>0.05),HDL显著升高。结论:绿茶粉对糖尿病豚鼠有一定的降糖降脂作用。
In order to investigate the effect of green tea powder on glucose and lipid metabolism in guinea pig diabetic model induced by streptozotocin (STZ), 21 diabetic guinea pigs were randomly divided into three groups according to their blood glucose and sex, with 7 mice in each group: experimental control group Brown fungus group, green tea powder group. The guinea pig diabetic model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of STZ. The changes of drinking water, body weight, fasting blood glucose (FBG), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1C) were observed. The results showed that the green tea powder group than any other group drinking water decreased, weight gain, FBG levels decreased, but no significant difference between the groups (P> 0.05), HDL increased significantly. Conclusion: Green tea powder has some hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering effects on diabetic guinea pigs.
