目的 结合 1例飞行员外伤性白内障人工晶体 (IOL)植入术后 10年疗效的观察 ,探讨人工晶体植入术在民航飞行员白内障患者中的应用前景。 方法 1名领航员因气枪子弹击伤右眼后引起外伤性白内障 ,伤后半年于 1990年 9月行白内障囊外摘除术并人工晶体植入术。其后进行了 10年疗效跟踪观察。 结果 术后 1年远视力为 1.0 ,视功能正常 ,1991年 12月取得中国民航总局特许签发的体检合格证。1995年参加领航员改飞机驾驶专业训练 ,现为空中客车 A- 32 0型飞机副驾驶。截止 2 0 0 0年 6月 IOL 植入术后已累计飞行 40 79h。 结论 白内障囊外摘除联合 IOL 植入术用于飞行员各种原因引起的白内障的治疗 ,其疗效是肯定的。没有发现因手术后遗症或并发症而影响飞行安全的现象。建议对飞行员 IOL 植入术后视力恢复正常、视功能正常无并发症者 ,可由体检鉴定部门鉴定为飞行合格 ,申请特许签发的体检合格证
Objective To evaluate the effect of intraocular lens implantation in cataract patients with pilots of civil aviation in the past 10 years after one case of traumatic cataract with intraocular lens (IOL) implantation. Methods A pilot caught a traumatic cataract after hitting the right eye with an air-gun bullet. In September 1990, he underwent extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation in September 1990. Followed by 10 years follow-up observation. Results One year after surgery, the distance visual acuity was 1.0 and the visual function was normal. In December 1991, the medical certificate issued by China Civil Aviation Administration was issued. In 1995 to participate in the pilots to change aircraft driving professional training, is now the co-pilot Airbus A- 32 0 aircraft. As of June 2000 IOL implantation has accumulated flight 40 79h. Conclusions Cataract extracapsular cataract extraction combined with IOL implantation is a reliable method for the treatment of cataract caused by various causes of pilots. No sequelae or complications were found that affected flight safety. It is suggested that after the IOL implantation for pilots, the visual acuity should be returned to normal and the visual function should be normal without complication.
