为提高水轮机过流部件焊接修复区域抗磨蚀性能,对0Cr13Ni5Mo马氏体不锈钢材质的转轮采用0Cr16Ni5MoRe不锈钢焊材进行焊接修复,研究热处理工艺对焊接接头性能影响。研究结果表明,通过延长焊后热处理时间至10 h,可有效改善母材、焊缝、热影响区的冲击性能,同时其弯曲性能也得到明显改善。采用0Cr16Ni5MoRe不锈钢焊条焊接0Cr13Ni5Mo不锈钢后,经焊后缓冷并610℃保温10 h空冷后焊接接头各项指标符合标准规定。
In order to improve the anti-erosion performance of over-current part of turbine, the 0Cr13Ni5Mo stainless steel wheel was repaired by 0Cr16Ni5MoRe stainless steel welding consumables to study the influence of heat treatment process on the performance of welded joints. The results show that by prolonging the post-weld heat treatment time to 10 h, the impact properties of the base metal, the weld and the HAZ can be effectively improved, and the bending properties of the base metal are also remarkably improved. 0Cr16Ni5MoRe stainless steel electrode with 0Cr13Ni5Mo stainless steel welding, slow cooling after welding and 610 ℃ insulation 10h air cooling after the welded joints of the indicators in line with the standards.
