本文对真空蒸发镀膜机采用了两种新的观察方法，避免了在观察玻璃窗口上成膜，实现了长期有效清楚的观察．
In this paper, two new observation methods are applied to the vacuum evaporation coating machine to avoid the filming on the observation glass window and realize the long-term effective and clear observation.
