发展城市轨道交通系统已成为我国解决城市交通问题的必由之路,而缓冲器作为城市轨道车辆最基本也是最主要的部件之一,其性能的优劣直接影响着成个城市交通系统的质量,而缓冲器的性能在很大程度上由缓冲材料决定,所以缓冲材料的研究和选择就显得尤为重要。因而本文介绍了弹性胶泥材料的选择方法,并以一种性能优越的弹性胶泥材料为介质设计制造出了新型缓冲器,最终通过试验得到了所设计新型弹性胶泥缓冲器的各项性能指标,结果表明所设计的新型弹性胶泥缓冲器的各项性能都很优越。
The development of urban rail transit system has become the only way to solve the urban traffic problems in our country. As the most basic and the most important part of the urban rail vehicle, the buffer has a direct impact on the quality of the transportation system in a city. The performance of the device is largely determined by the cushioning material, so the research and selection of the cushioning material is of paramount importance. Therefore, this paper introduces the selection method of elastic clay material, and designs and creates a new type of buffer with a kind of elastic clay material with superior performance as the medium. Finally, the performance index of the new elastic clay buffer has been obtained through the experiment. The results It shows that the new elastic clay bumper designed has all the advantages of performance.
