放射免疫显象(Radioimmunoimaging RⅡ)是肿瘤定位诊断的一项新技术,自1978年Goldenberg等首先用~(131)Ⅰ标记抗癌胚抗原(CEA)的IgG对消化道肿瘤作定位显象获得成功以来,近年来,国外已采用核素标记单克隆抗体(Mcab)及McAb片段[F(ab)_2]作肿瘤特异性显象,并认为具有肿瘤定位迅速,组织本底低等优点。本院自1985年3月开始用~(131)Ⅰ-CEA-Mcab作人结肠癌定位显象。抗体由北京生物制品研究所惠赠,为3株(C_5,C_6,C_(47))混合的无菌无热源制剂,含免疫球蛋白7.5mg/ml,
Radioimmunoimaging imaging (Radioimmunoimaging RII) is a new technique in the diagnosis of tumor localization. Since 1978, Goldenberg et al. (131) labeled the anti-carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) IgG for localization of gastrointestinal tumors successfully. Since recent years, radiolabeled monoclonal antibodies (Mcabs) and McAb fragments [F(ab)_2] have been used for tumor-specific imaging in foreign countries, and they are considered to have the advantages of rapid tumor localization and low tissue background. Since March 1985, our hospital has been using ~(131)I-CEA-Mcab for colon cancer imaging. The antibody was donated by the Beijing Institute of Biological Products as a sterile, heat-free preparation of 3 strains (C_5, C_6, C_(47)) containing 7.5 mg/ml of immunoglobulin.
