谐振跟踪和振速稳定是关系到超声切削技术的实用化水平而必需解决的问题。本文介绍了一种超声切削用具有稳速及频率自动跟踪性能的超声波发生器的原理及电路组成。通过振动切削实验,结果表明所研制的系统能够满足实际使用需要。
Resonance tracking and vibration speed are the problems that must be solved to the practical application of ultrasonic cutting technology. This paper introduces the principle and circuit of an ultrasonic generator with steady speed and automatic frequency tracking performance for ultrasonic cutting. Through the vibration cutting experiments, the results show that the system developed to meet the actual needs.
