近年来,国内各地居民死因统计分析的报导屡见不鲜,但是对职业人群死因的统计分析却较为少见。最近我们完成了1979～1983年中国海员的死亡回顾调查。在调查中体会到职业人群死亡统计分析存在两个问题:1、总人口数少,各年龄别死亡率不稳定,因此需将几年的人口资料和死亡资料合并,计算这几年的平均死亡率,再作进一步分析。2、缺少年龄组的人口数,而且不可能通过抽样调查得到比较稳定的人口的年龄百分构成,再用总职工数推算年龄组人口数,只能通过普查推算每年职工年龄频数表。本文结合海员死亡回顾调查资料的收集和整理对开展职业人群死因统计分析作一试探。
In recent years, there have been many reports about the cause of death among residents in various parts of the country, but the statistical analysis of the causes of death among occupational groups is relatively rare. Recently, we completed a survey on the death of Chinese seafarers from 1979 to 1983. In the survey, there are two problems in the statistical analysis of the death of the occupational population: 1. The total population is small and the mortality rate is not stable at all ages.
