叙述了200 mm厚度Q345R特厚压力容器用钢板的研制开发过程。成分设计采用添加适量微合金元素V、Nb、Ti,炼钢工艺采用铁水预处理脱S、LF+VD炉外精炼、选取33 t钢锭模进行低过热度浇注,轧制方面通过确定合理的加热温度、采用一阶段轧制成形、高温低速大压下工艺、轧后堆垛缓冷和进行正火处理等一系列工艺及措施,使得生产出来的钢板力学性能优良、内部质量良好。
Describes the 200 mm thick Q345R special pressure vessel with the development of the process of steel. The components were designed by adding appropriate microalloying elements V, Nb and Ti. The steelmaking process adopted the hot metal pretreatment to remove S and LF + VD from the outside of the furnace. The 33 t steel ingot mold was adopted to carry out the low superheat pouring. In terms of rolling, Temperature, adopting a series of processes and measures such as first-stage rolling and forming, high-temperature and low-speed large-pressure reduction, post-rolling stacking and normalizing, and the like, so that the produced steel plate has excellent mechanical properties and good internal quality.
