针对大排量注浆液压泵的吸空问题,在阐明注浆液压泵系统工作原理和工况特点的基础上,对其吸空机理和吸空原因进行了分析,指出吸油管路压损过大和注浆液压泵工况转换时吸油口油液流速突变导致的吸油口负压过大以及壳体泄油压力过高导致的油泵吸油性能变差都会引起油泵吸空损坏。同时提出有针对性的吸空抑制方法,对减少大排量变量柱塞泵的吸空有一定参考价值。
In view of the suction problem of large displacement grouting hydraulic pump, based on the clarification of working principle and working conditions of the grouting hydraulic pump system, the mechanism of suction and the cause of suction are analyzed. It is pointed out that the pressure loss of suction pipe Yamato grouting pump operating conditions change when the suction port oil flow rate caused by sudden changes in the suction port is too large negative pressure and the oil pump casing caused by excessive oil absorption performance deterioration will cause the suction pump suction damage. At the same time, it puts forward a targeted suction inhibition method, which has some reference value to reduce the suction of the piston pump with large displacement.
