一年来,我厂在推行全面经济核算,加强财务管理的基础上,进一步落实了经济责任制,实行车间利润留成、班组超额计奖、个人记分计奖和联责计奖,在关键工种实行超定额计件,取得了较好的经济效果。1981年全年实现利润475.92万元,比1980年增长74.80万元。上缴税金196.07万元,比1980年增长29.57万元。全员劳动生产率比计划、比1980年分别提高18.32％和7.17％。我厂实行经济责任制的做法是:
