以发病草莓根际土壤为分离对象,采用平板稀释法及平板对峙法,分离并鉴定抗草莓灰霉病的病原菌。结果表明:从土壤中分离到1株对草莓灰霉病具有明显抑菌作用的细菌,通过形态、生理生化特性分析以及16SrDNA序列同源性比较,鉴定该菌株为解淀粉芽孢杆菌,命名为CM3。菌株CM3的发酵产物对温度、酸碱度和紫外线均不敏感,储存多天后仍能保持抑菌活性。
Strawberry rhizosphere soil was taken as the object of separation, the plate dilution method and plate confrontation method were used to isolate and identify the pathogenic fungi against strawberry gray mold disease. The results showed that one bacteria isolated from soil had obvious antibacterial activity against Botrytis cinerea, which was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens by the morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics analysis and 16S rDNA sequence homology, and named as CM3 . The fermentation product of strain CM3 is insensitive to temperature, pH and UV, and still retains its antibacterial activity after being stored for many days.
