本文介绍不同浓度的多贝尔氏液杀菌、抑菌作用的实验研究,对用稀释2倍的多贝尔氏液的50例病人进行含漱前后的细菌培养,并与10例病人用生理盐水进行含漱前后的细菌培养进行对比观察。结果表明:①多贝尔氏液对口腔内一部分条件致病菌(指需氧菌)有一定的杀菌、抑菌作用。②多贝尔氏液稀释2倍后杀菌、抑菌效果最佳,随稀释倍数的增加其效果明显下降。③靠生理盐水的机械冲洗是不能清除口内细菌的。④多贝尔氏液含漱口的间隔时间以3～4h 为宜。
This article describes the different concentrations of dobelt’s bactericidal and bacteriostasis experimental study of 50 cases of patients diluted with 2 times Dobell’s solution bacterial culture before and after rinse with 10 patients with saline containing Before and after rinse bacterial culture were observed.
