研究了热作模具钢盐浴淬火及回火的金相组织特征 ,和两种从奥氏体化温度冷却方式 (直接淬火与分级淬火 )的关系。由马氏体 ,贝氏体及碳化物组成的金相组织对钢的机械性能和热学性能影响极大 ,即压铸成形时的热疲劳性能。最近表面工程的发展 ,如离子渗氮与PVC离子镀层都可以得到双层表面层 ,有极好的耐摩擦与抗腐蚀性。本文还研究了它们承受热循环的性能。
The characteristics of the microstructure of quenching and tempering of the hot-working die steel bath were studied, and the relationship between the two austenitizing temperature cooling methods (direct quenching and grading quenching) was studied. The microstructure composed of martensite, bainite and carbide has a great influence on the mechanical and thermal properties of steel, namely the thermal fatigue properties during die-casting. Recent developments in surface engineering, such as ion nitriding and PVC ion plating, give double skin layers with excellent resistance to friction and corrosion. The paper also studies their performance against thermal cycling.
