笔者以2000年~2012年我国省域面板数据为基础,采用改进的TOPSIS-Theil分解模型构建了创新能力指数,对我国创新能力区域空间差异与变化趋势进行了探索。研究发现:(1)就总体而言,我国区域创新能力表现出较大的空间差异性,区域差距显著且呈扩大趋势;(2)从组内差距来说,长三角地区、东北地区和中部地区等区域创新能力差距较小,而西北和东南地区区域创新能力差距较大;(3)对我国区域创新能力差距影响最大因素是组间差异,而组内差异影响相对较小。
Based on the panel data of China’s provinces and regions from 2000 to 2012, the author constructs the index of innovation capability by using the improved TOPSIS-Theil decomposition model and explores the spatial differences and the changing trends of the innovation capability in China. The findings are as follows: (1) On the whole, the regional innovation capability of our country shows a great spatial difference, and the regional disparity is significant and widening. (2) In terms of intra-group disparity, the Yangtze River Delta, Northeast China and Central China Regional and other regions have a small gap in innovation ability, while there is a big gap in regional innovation ability between the Northwest and Southeast regions. (3) The most significant factor affecting the regional innovation ability gap in China is the difference between groups, while the effect of group differences is relatively small.
