为推动前端业务部门建设标准流程、推进工程财务与前端工程管理部门一体化,本课题以流程化和精益化的管理思想,对工程竣工决算管理过程进行诊断,重新梳理并形成工程竣工决算的标准化管理流程,以解决工程竣工决算关键环节存在的问题,加强工程竣工决算各节点监控为目标,构建一套精益、高效的工程竣工决算管理系统,实现工程竣工决算管理的标准化,建立决算信息控制、分析和预警机制,最大限度的提升工程竣工决算速度,提高工程竣工决算及时率。
