黄花菜(Hemerocallis Cilrina)是我国的特产蔬菜,营养丰富,它所含维生素、蛋白质和糖比西红柿、甘蓝高10倍。矿物质高3倍以上,是一种深为国内外人民所喜欢的佐餐佳品。另外,黄花菜还可作药用,具有健胃、利尿、通乳、消肿痛等功能。由于它的经济价值高,适应性广,栽植容易,各地农村均可发展种植。然而,由于传统采用分蔸繁殖的方法,其繁殖系数低,直接阻碍了生产的迅速发展。为此,我们从19821983年采用组织培养方法,进行了黄花菜器官外植体愈伤组织的诱导、分化繁殖和生根试验,得到了具有根、茎、叶的大量完整植株,大大提高了黄花菜繁殖系数。现将主要实验结果报告如下:
