目的:探讨自然流产或死胎死产胎儿组织细胞中染色体异常总发生率及异常种类和各种异常的发生率。方法:采用18号、X和Y染色体着丝粒探针及13、16、21、22号染色体单一序列探针,对100例自然流产或死胎死产胎儿组织进行FISH检测。结果:55%的自然流产或死胎死产是由胎儿染色体异常引起的;染色体异常的前3位为16-三体综合征、22-三体综合征和三倍体,分别占染色体异常总发生数的34.88%、16.28%和11.63%。结论:自然流产或死胎死产多由遗传基因缺陷引起,应用FISH技术检测流产胚胎,可以快速、准确发现较常见的染色体异常,为下一胎妊娠进行遗传咨询提供资料。
Objective: To investigate the total incidence of chromosomal abnormalities in fetal tissue cells from spontaneous abortion or stillbirth and the types of abnormalities and the incidence of various abnormalities. Methods: FISH was performed on 100 fetuses of spontaneous abortion or stillborn fetus using 18 #, X and Y centromere probes and 13, 16, 21 and 22 chromosome single sequence probes. Results: Fifty-five percent of spontaneous abortion or stillbirth stillbirths were caused by fetal chromosomal abnormalities. The top three chromosomal abnormalities were 16-trisomy, 22-trisomy and triploid, accounting for the total number of chromosomal abnormalities 34.88%, 16.28% and 11.63% respectively. Conclusion: Abortion or spontaneous abortion is caused by genetic defects. Detecting miscarried embryos by FISH technique can find more common chromosomal abnormalities quickly and accurately, and provide information for genetic counseling of the next pregnancy.
