检测结直肠癌（３４例）、良性疾病（１６例）患者及健康成人（１６例）外周血Ｔ细胞亚群和肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ）水平，并对其手术前后的变化进行动态观察。结果显示：①结直肠癌患者ＣＤ＿３，ＣＤ＿４低于正常，ＣＤ＿８增高，ＣＤ＿４／ＣＤ＿８值下降（Ｐ＜０．０ｌ）；ＴＮＦ活性水平增高。手术对照组与正常对照组问上述指标无显著差异。②手术后第１周结直肠癌组ＣＤ＿４，ＣＤ＿８降低，ＴＮＦ下降；第２周ＣＤ＿４上升，ＣＤ＿４／ＣＤ＿８回升，ＴＮＦ降至正常。ＴＮＦ与Ｔ细胞亚群间未发现相关性。
Peripheral blood T cell subsets and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) levels were detected in 34 patients with colorectal cancer, 16 with benign disease, and 16 healthy adults, and their changes before and after surgery were observed dynamically. The results showed that: 1 CD3 and CD4 were lower than normal in patients with colorectal cancer, CD8 increased, CD4/CD8 decreased (P <0.01), and TNF activity increased. There was no significant difference between the control group and the normal control group. 2 In the 1st week after operation, the levels of CD_4 and CD_8 decreased and TNF decreased in the colorectal cancer group. CD_4 increased in the second week, CD_4/CD_8 increased, and TNF decreased to normal. No correlation was found between TNF and T cell subsets.
