20世纪70年代以来,体育在国民教育体系中的地位愈显突出,在我国众多高校中,虽然普遍开设体育课程,但其教学效果并不理想,学生运动技能发展并不明显。本研究针对运动技能差的大学生群体设计实验进行研究,引入小班教学的教学方式,通过随机分组、控制训练时间、强度、教师等方式减少无关因素的干扰,利用前后测成绩对比的方式检验小班教学的实际效果,并用SPSS软件对实验结果进行分析,分析结果显示小班教学对于运动技能较差群体有显著的促进作用。笔者由此进行讨论,提出在体育教学中运用小班教学更有助于学生运动技能的发展,并进而讨论了在实施小班教学的过程中应注意的问题。
Since the 70s of the 20th century, the status of physical education in the national education system has become more and more prominent. Although physical education courses are widely available in many colleges and universities in our country, its teaching results are not satisfactory and the development of students’ athletic skills is not obvious. This study aims at the design and experiment of college students with poor motor skills, introduces the teaching method of small class teaching, and reduces the disturbance of unrelated factors through random grouping, control of training time, intensity, teachers and so on, and tests the teaching of small class The results of the experiment were analyzed by SPSS software. The results showed that the teaching of small classes had a significant promotion effect on the groups with poor motor skills. The author discusses from this, puts forward that the use of small class teaching in physical education is more conducive to the development of students’ motor skills, and then discussed in the implementation of small class teaching should pay attention to the problem.
