Combined with my many years of experience in teaching mathematics in the middle of the year, I will adopt the following countermeasures for junior middle school mathematics teaching to help poor students get out of their predicament. First, teachers should help poor students to re-establish self-confidence in learning. It is more difficult to study mathematics in junior high school. For students with learning difficulties, failures in the learning process have caused them to suffer from self-confidence, resulting in feelings of inferiority, and thinking that they have poor learning ability or intelligence.
